Hi, I’m Nadja.
I’m a former NHS doctor (MBBS BSc), lifestyle medicine physician (Dip IBLM/BSLM), and registered nutritionist (MSc ANutr).
I started this work because the wellness industry too often profits from confusion and anxiety, selling complicated rules, restrictive diets and products people don't need. My approach is the opposite: clear, evidence-based advice that's honest about what we know, what we don't, and what actually matters.
I believe good health should add to your life, not take away from it. That means no rigid rules, no fads, and plenty of room for the food, people and pleasures that make life worth living. I've spent my career seeing how much the basics matter: how we eat, move, sleep, manage stress and connect with others.
I am particularly passionate about how lifestyle medicine and nutrition can support with:
Women’s hormonal health
Perimenopause and menopause
Metabolic health and prediabetes
Wellbeing at work and stress management
Gut health
Weight concerns
GLP-1 medication journeys (Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro)
